What happens to the images I upload? Are they saved in your database?

We deeply respect your privacy. Images uploaded to Syncraft are processed temporarily to generate the vector output. Your project files are stored in your personal project history for your convenience, but are automatically and permanently deleted within 3 days via our automated cleanup system. We do not harvest, sell, or permanently archive user images.

Who owns the copyright of the images I upload and convert?

You do! You retain 100% full copyright and ownership of your original images and the resulting vector graphics. We do not claim any rights to your work.

Do you use my images to train AI or sell them?

Absolutely not. Your files are used solely for the tracing service you requested. We do not harvest, sell, share, or use your images to train AI models.

Official Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection and Image Processing

When you use Syncraft to convert images, you upload media files to our servers. Please be assured of the following regarding your data:

  • Temporary Processing: We only process your uploaded images and generated files to provide the requested tracing, background removal, upscaling, export, project history, and download services.
  • Automatic Deletion (3-Day Retention): Your project files (original uploads, processed outputs, and vector files) are stored in your personal project history and automatically and permanently purged from our cloud storage within 3 days of creation via our scheduled cleanup system. You may also delete your projects manually at any time for immediate deletion.
  • Copyright and Ownership: You retain all copyrights and intellectual property rights to the images you upload and the resulting converted files. Syncraft claims no ownership over your content.
  • No Data Harvesting: We do not harvest, sell, or share your uploaded images with third parties. We do not use your uploaded content to train artificial intelligence models without your explicit consent.
  • No Sale of Uploaded Files: Uploaded files are not sold. Temporary access to files is used only where needed to process, store, display, export, download, or delete your projects.

2. Authentication and Account Data

If you create an account using Google Auth, we store only the necessary information to maintain your session and manage your credits (e.g., your email address and profile name). We may also process payment request details needed to verify purchases, basic usage and project metadata needed to operate the Service, aggregated analytics such as public usage counts, and technical information such as IP address, browser headers, device information, security logs, and rate-limit metadata needed for security, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and service reliability. We do not have access to your passwords. You can request account deletion at any time.

3. Payments & Refunds
